Roles and Responsibilities

The individual would be responsible for aligning business objectives with management and team members in designated business units. The position would serve as a consultant to management on all HR related issues.

Additional roles and responsibilities would include:

- To implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, HR compliances, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions

- To understand the business strategy and the drivers of business success

- To create a work friendly organization and work towards putting processes and policies in place to support the disruptive growth plans of the organization

- To translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall individuals- work experience and engagement

- To establish (with the business) key metrics to evaluate success of the people strategy

- To establish Business Partnership to create people policies and plans to support their big goals and objectives

- To help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels in the Organization

- To work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement HRIS systems and practices

- To develop and implement HR and related policies

Role Requirements

- 8+ years of experience as HR Generalist

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems is a must

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management
