Position / Designation : Manager Operations

Function / Reports to : DVP- FM

Location : Bavla

Relevant Experience (In yrs.) : 4+ Yrs.

Specific Experience / requirement (Industry, Company, Function etc.) :

- Exposure with Real Estate, Construction (Commercial/Industrial/Warehousing) or Facility Mgmt. company / Industry

- Should have worked as a Corporate resource

- Should have good legal / statutory knowledge

- Should have negotiation skills and through knowledge of contracts.

- Should have Customer relation exposure

Gender (M/F) : Male

Basic Qualification : BE (Electrical or Mechanical)

Professional Qualification : MBA would be an added advantage

Technical Qualification :

Critical Skills :

- Commercial/ Industrial/ Warehousing Property Management (technical & Soft services) at PAN India Level

- Operations & Maintenance

- Budget Planning

- SOP / Forms & Format creation

- Should have knowledge to interpret CAM scope in lease agreements for industrial and logistic parks/commercial properties

- Should have handled minimum 4-6Lakh mln. Sqft. property in different geographies / States

Job Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

- Manage facility management function for PAN India

- Coordinate with HO departments with respect to the development plan.

- Responsible for Transition Management from Projects to Operational sites

- Support Head FM for CAM/ PM

- Support FM for client relations, and collections of all existing and upcoming clients

- Work on creating data base for achieving economy of scale, wrt to Vendor / Consultant appointments.

- Responsible for writing & revisit SOP's and Manuals

- Design business continuity process.

- Responsible for liasioning with Govt. Authorities & local bodies

- Responsible for corporate MIS

- Responsible for the effective and efficient resources management (People etc)
