IndoSpace - Analyst - Asset Management

Core Responsibilities :

- Support the Asset Manager with the following activities:

o Prepare and present Annual Business Plan comprising of revenue and expense forecasts for management review

o Track actual performance vs annual business plans

o Update Argus models quarterly based on approved revenue and expense forecasts

o Financial modelling including updating and tracking deal models with actuals and forecasting projected returns

o Evaluate and present financial impact of key decisions regarding leasing, capex, financing scenarios

o Preparation and presentation of detailed quarterly portfolio reviews and management reports

o Prepare and present monthly MIS for management review

o Prepare and process DCF analysis for capital calls

o Co-ordinate and manage the annual external valuation process

o Responding to specific investor queries

o Analyse feasibility and assumptions for potential acquisitions

o Work closely and coordinate with internal departments like finance, leasing, marketing, FM, projects, legal and corporate affairs

Requires a CA or MBA in Finance with 2 to 5 years of experience.
