Introduction: Indian Multinational Company, manufacturing products (FRP Rod / strength members, yarn, tapes) for Fiber optic cables and is currently exporting 60 % of its capacity to countries like N. America, Europe, Russia, Africa and Asia. Leading the composite industry from last 25 years having 3 plants in India & 1 in Morocco with annual turnover close to INR 200 cr

Present Requirement: One position.

Job Title: IT Head

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee IT operations & Lead IT team

- Design and implement IT strategies

- Identify and eliminate security risks

- Assess need for new equipment and software; Plan and implement of additions, deletions and major modifications to supporting infrastructure company-wide. Analyze business requirements for IT needs and systems, manage software licenses on a company-wide basis

- Work to increase user satisfaction

- Manage/control IT Assets, oversee IT-related asset purchases on a company-wide basis

- Prepare budget & progress reports

- Manages company help desk; Serve as focal point for all inter-office IT-related matters company-wide

- Ensure round-the clock network, internet, ERP, server, etc. uptime

- Comply and enforce standard company policies and procedures

Qualifications/Skills:

- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems

- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good working knowledge of higher end ERP, like SAP

- Knowledge of MES, CRM is preferred

- Team oriented

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (graduate degree a plus)

- Minimum 10 years experience working in IT operations

- Minimum 2 years experience overseeing IT teams and projects

- Certifications and continuing education preferred
