Primary Focus of the role :

- Drive visibility programs, activations, demand generation, and R&R activity.

- Device brand campaigns as per the marketing objectives.

- Provide operational support to the brand plan.

- Participate in digital/offline content development jobs.

- Manage scheme management system and network digitalization

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Liaise with the product team to create product/channel briefing.

- Drive visibility project - shop branding, product display, signage

- Development of innovative/digital tools and means for trade network.

- Draft and implement brand visibility policies.

- Manage trade audit, brand tracking as well as trade and influencer tracking.

- Implement network digitalization program through scheme automation, secondary sales management, and network geotagging.

- Participate in designing and implementing of activation program for new town development & sustainability

- BTL activation as per marketing objectives.

- Design & Promote - a trade and influencer loyalty program

- Understanding of various B2C & B2B channels - Retailer, Distributors etc.

- Content development for digital assets.

- Plan and implement promotion and sustainability programs for each module.

- Budget planning for trade activities and visibility campaigns.

- Plan for Innovative POSMs as per the requirement.

- Manage inventory & sales requirements for Indoasian merchandise

- Support in packaging design & communication strategy for new product launches

Functional /Domain Competency :

- English proficiency

- Copy writing / Proofreading

- PR

- Digital & Social media marketing

- Catalogue management - offline / digital

- Media relations

Qualifications, Experience and Role Specific Knowledge/ Skills :

- Experience: 7-9 year experience in any industry. FMCG, Retail, paints, electricals, advertising agency

- Qualification: MBA / Communication or Digital Marketing Graduates

- Proficiency: English

- Skills: Retail / Trade marketing. Content Management. Marketing operations
