About the job INDmoney is a fast-growing investment and money management App with the mission of democratizing finance for Indians. As a Sr Brand champion, your role will be to drive & create the brand playbook, positioning, and penetration, and create massive app ubiquity and trust. The key objective will be to create an iconic FinTech brand. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy and create the brand playbook.Work closely with the product & Tech team to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels, including social media, email, websites, mobile apps and various other mass media vehicles.Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention as well as brand recall. - Work with external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials, including creative assets, copy, and messaging. - Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and use data to optimize future campaigns. - Ensure that all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and best practices. - Managing the budget for creative production. - Competitor and customer insights analysis Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in building brands from the ground up. - Experience working with various creative agencies across India. - Experience in buying into media vehicles/ events such as YouTube, Hotstar, Amazon Prime, IPL/ cricketing events/ various other mainline events and media vehicles. - Should have had the experience of brand integrations and innovations with various mass media vehicles/ shows/ events. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and diverse media vehicles. - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersUp-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
