Indirect Taxation

- We are currently hiring for a renowned Real Estate firm based out of Gurgaon

- We are hiring for the role of indirect taxation

- Basic criteria as mentioned below -

- Structuring of Business Transactions / Agreements from Indirect Tax perspective

- Ensuring compliances with respect to all applicable Indirect Tax Laws on PAN India basis

- Ensure compliance with ICFOR for Indirect Tax related matters

- Handle all the litigations with respect to Indirect Tax matters

- Tracking and analysis of changes in the Indirect Tax Laws and its implication on the company

- Mandatory Requirements - CA with 6-10 years of work experience, preferably from a consulting background.

- Open to real estate and management consulting organisations
