Job Description :
- This position works towards building Organization Cohesion, Cultural Development and Flexibility - thereby supporting the business growth strategy by learning and developing its employees
- The position holder is required to work closely with the department head to implement change projects and strategies which help realize the vision, mission, values and goals of the organization
- This position helps to redesign structures and works to improve management processes to meet quality standards by developing proper JDs, KPI & KRAs for various roles.
- Tracking the employee learning index
- The position holder Designs, Implements and Evaluates management development programs/assessment centers along with department head/external consultant
- The position holder is required to prepare and present HR analytics pertaining to all possible aspects of Learning & Organization Development & Strategic HR
- Driving quality PMS/LMS in IT Platform & rolling out robust PMS System in coordination with HRBP
- Develop LMS framework for training of staff spread across geography.
- Develop behavioral, technical & functional training framework.
- Developing Competency framework, Training need analysis and Evaluation Techniques
- Develop and deliver behavioural training programme
