Function : Marketing Designation : Assistant Manager- Marketing Reporting to : Chief Operating Officer Location : Head Office in Pune Job Description : The incumbent will be accountable for the following areas: - Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the companys sales strategic plan and objectives Retail Sales Performance : - Increasing the counter share of Indigo Paints by coming up with various schemes for stakeholders (Dealers, Painters, salesforce). - Dealer schemes formulation and implementation - Prepares the teams annual targets and supports the team to achieve the targets - Market visits to all key accounts/ distributors - Develops strong relations with the key accounts and constantly follows up to ensure the targets are being met (monthly / quarterly / annually). - Ensures that all company sales points and dealers are implementing the marketing strategy or plan. - Marketing Support to sales team Qualification & experience : Mandatory Qualification : - MBA in Sales & Marketing (Majors) Business Analytics (Minor) from a premier B-School Batches: 2012 and 2021 - Prior qualification in Engineering is desirable - Type of role Individual contributor; Will involve a few days of travel alternate month - Compensation Rs. 12- 13 LPA; likelihood of getting very large ESOPs within 2 years
