IndiGo Airlines - Senior Leader - Environment/Social & Governance (ESG)

Experience - 15- 18 years PQE ideally in a large listed organisation / Consulting organisation

Job Location - Gurgaon

Work Mode - Onsite - WFO (All 5 days a week)

1. Providing ESG performance insights to management

2. Leading ESG (Corporate and Projects), developing and implementing environmental and Social Action Plans and KPIs that will drive the business to deliver continuous improvement in ESG performance

3. Working closely with E&S consultants and Potential Lenders to conduct the

4. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Due Diligence

5. Liaise with Government Authorities to Obtaining Environmental Permit

6. Working closely with investor relations to develop and articulates its ESG performance and requirements

7. Assessing and managing ESG risks and opportunities across the Company portfolio;

8. Improving existing ESG policies, data collection, reporting processes, and frameworks

9. Contributing to the analysis of emerging ESG trends and regulations

10. Attending and presenting at external events/conferences/seminars.
