Drive service to sales culture and ensure highest standards of quality of business. - Recruit, motivate and mentor a team of 7-8 direct sales team members (on-rolls) along with their team leader. Ensure all training requirements are met related customer acquisition, governance and credit underwriting. - Ensure adherence to attendance, punctuality and other company policies. - Drive business targets through the team by up-selling and cross-selling to merchants. Manage customer escalations. - Set up processes and practices to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for the merchants. - Conduct periodic reviews of the progress of direct reports and suggest corrective measures, if any. - Emphasize on talent retention and manage attrition. Desired Skills and Experience : - At least 4-5 years similar prior experience in driving P&amp;L through direct sales team. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ideal candidate should be hungry, proactive, and outward-oriented, with a bias for action and delivering results. - Masters preferred. - Experience with Bank (Retail Assets or Cards), NBFC or Insurance preferred.
