Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid model - WFH + WFO) Reporting to: Vice President Operations Function: Operations Role - Driving quality within the Customer Service team. - Ensuring Agents are providing correct and complete response to customer in the very first instance. Listen and audit their calls. - Ensuring no re-open complaints. - Impart training to the agents to ensure quality for each transaction. - Reviewing tickets and agent wise quality parameters. Desired Skills and Experience: - 4-5 years of similar work experience in customer service - Good Team Management Skills - Ability to improve processes and systems. - Ability to influence agents - Analytical and practical understanding of workflow - Knowledge about NPS and Csat - Quality Audits and leading campaigns About Indifi Indifi seeks to improve access to SMB financing in India, by providing small businesses access to multiple lenders.
