Responsibilities :
- Drive productivity of a team of 30+ credit officers and 2 Team Leads.
- Monitor performance in terms of daily productivity, quality of output and TAT.
- Measure & undertake error analysis of the team and design training plan.
- Coordinate with Underwriters, Sales and Operations to ensure smooth movement of proposals within agreed timelines.
- Design incentive structure to boost productivity and quality.
- Calculate monthly incentive and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor the flow of Field Investigation reports and ensure speedy decisions.
- Training of the team of credit officers on credit policies, KYC, CIBIL, PD, etc.
- Come up with innovative solutions around faster TAT and low error rate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Experience of handling a team of atleast 20 members
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Ability to drive and be the champion of change
