Web Analytics Lead - Times Internet Limited

Key responsibility areas :

1. Creation and execution of the web/Mobile/Social Audience analytics strategy and roadmap, both long term and short term.

2. Expert level understanding of products like Google analytics, Comscore, clicks stream analysis, Audience analytics and Social analytics both technically and functionally.

3. Should be an expert and able to handle troubleshooting with all business heads, product teams, sales teams etc. ( regards to all platforms and channels)

4. Responsible for managing a team of 2-3 web analysts.

5. Handling Web Data leading to information retrieval leading to insightful knowledge for effective business decisions, analyzing businesses in Content, music, video, ecommerce, mobile apps, WAP.

6. Understanding business needs and identifying KPIs with effective insights, for which effective tool identification and deployment.

7. Data analysis via various tools to gather- heat maps, visitor navigation studies for various lines of business and providing insights.

8. Should have executed business planning for web based products with Used cases, A/b testings, multi-variant testing and should have executed these as well.

9. Performing campaign effectiveness studies and providing best target audience based on historic data and trends.

10. Providing Google Analytics/Comscore consultation & training to in-house team and clients.

11. Should be able to handle large datasets in both online/offline data environment.

12. Should also have implemented major data analytics products single handedly.

13. Should have knowledge of Mobile analytics and must have implemented projects in data collection and analytics in tools like, GA, Flurry, Distimo etc.

14. Should be well versed with analysis in Audience profiling in various platforms like Web, mobile and should have excellent knowledge in these.

15. Should have basic understanding of products SimilarWeb, Alexa, Chartbeat, Heatmap products etc.

16. Clear understanding on cookie level analytics with clear expert level knowledge of tagging methodology.

17. Also should have knowledge on Research and analytics via surveys, feedbacks, reviews.

Competencies required:

Ideal candidate should be excellent with Analytical tools – GA, Omniture, Comscore, clickstream analytics Audience behaviour matrix- navigation and movement analysis.
