About the Job: Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is seeking professionals who can play a pivotal role in its Finance Function to support its multiple projects across locations. After making a mark in an extensive Lok Sabha election campaign in 2014 and assembly election campaigns across Bihar in 2015, Punjab & Uttar Pradesh in 2017 and Andhra Pradesh in 2019, I-PAC is now gearing up for the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal & Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities: - Generate periodic reports including MIS like financial analysis, variance analysis, Actual vs Budgetary, Expense trends etc. - Comprehensively analyze organization's performance encompassing revenue, variable costs, fixed overheads, working capital, cash flow and balance sheet movements - Develop and work on key ratios which will help understand and improve financial efficiency - Ad-hoc analysis reports as and when required - Prepare key metrics along with the budgeting process - Design and implement financial controls Minimum Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in Finance from reputed Tier - I & II Institutes - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: - Personal integrity and the ability to keep our confidence - Good communication skills- written, oral & presentation - Excellent interpretational sills - Ability to drive continuous improvement in business and financial process - Ability to deliver knowledge sessions - Flexibility to Travel Location: Kolkata (Should be open to relocate based on business requirement) The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well
