Indian Political Action Committee - Program Monitor

About the Role :

- As a Program monitor, you need to collect, analyze, and interpret data on the progress and performance of the organization's programs and projects.

- The overall aim is to ensure that programs and projects are meeting their intended goals and objectives and to identify areas where improvements can be made. This position will give you a macro view of the political consulting domain.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop a clear understanding of the organization's programs and projects, and their goals and objectives.

- Identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the progress and performance of each program and project.

- Develop a system for regularly collecting and analyzing data on the progress and performance of each program and project, using the KPIs identified.

- Communicate the results of the program monitoring to relevant stakeholders, including program managers and executives.

- Identify areas for improvement and work with program managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to address any issues identified & regularly review and update the program monitoring system to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

- Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the organization by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and successes with all stakeholders.

- Help in identifying the potential risks and challenges that the organization might face in the future and how to mitigate them.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree from Tier-1 Institutes with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans, and monitoring reports.

- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills.

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Stakeholder management skills & Ability to multitask of various natures from documentation, research, excel analytics, presentation, networking, etc.

- Knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.

- Highly effective cross-functional team management.
