As a Program Manager, you will play a principal role in streamlining processes and monitoring the execution of tasks across the organization. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the efficiency of the work paradigm and improve compliance & quality of outputs. This position will give you a macro view of the political consulting domain. Job Responsibilities: - Monitor implementation of programs and practices - Coordinate interactions/relationships between field resources and other program stakeholders - Develop program assessment KPIs for evaluation of campaigns and individuals and suggest improvements. - Oversee multiple project teams on task allocation and advise coordinators/managers on how to prioritize efforts, improve efficiency and ensure program goals are reached. - Conduct audits of the deliverables and quality ratings, to ensure compliance with quality standards and generate timely audit reports. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree from Tier-1 Institutes with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports - Excellent verbal communication, presentation and writing skills - Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - Stakeholder management skills - Ability to multitask of various nature from documentation, excel, presentation etc. - Knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes - Highly effective cross-functional team management Location: The base location is Delhi (Candidate should be open to travel to field office location as per project requirements)
