About the Job:

As we expand our footprint, we are looking for professionals who can take up leadership roles in I-PAC. Their roles would require them to:

- Drive I-PAC's organizational journey

- Lead multiple cross-functional teams and projects

- Work closely with visionary leaders to help them get elected

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Operations:

- Responsible for planning and strategizing high impact campaigns on ground

- Manage large scale operations & teams responsible for executing on-going campaigns

 Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate effectively and develop a working relationship with key stakeholders: top leaders and MLA/MPs, party candidates, people on ground etc.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Political Intelligence unit, Data Analytics, Digital Communication, Media and others for smooth execution of on-going campaigns

Political Strategy & Execution:

- Sourcing field insights on local civic issues and aspirations

- Identify strategic political intelligence and suggest actionable to the party

Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong academic record with Graduation/ Post-Graduation from top tier Institutes

- 2-5 years of work experience in a dynamic business or socio-political environment

- Analytical ability and problem solving skills and effective communication skills

- Ability to communicate in Hindi & English (language no bar)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization setup & manage multiple projects at a time

- Ability to speak, read and write the local language (Bengali or Tamil)

- Substantial experience in liaising with various stakeholders

- Interest in politics, policy or governance will be preferred

Location: West Bengal & Tamil Nadu (Should be open to travel based on business requirement)
