Main purpose of the role is to drive political campaign requirement and to monitor internal operational needs. Campaigning needs : 1. Identify and establish and manage suppliers for various campaigns 2. Understand contracts and negotiate with vendors for a fair deal 3. Monitor expenses and timelines of the purchases according to the set targets 4. Inform respective stakeholders on status of the product shipments and timelines 5. Close the loop of communication Daily Operational needs : 1. Understand and monitor operational expenses of the company a. Office running expenses which include Rental expenses, Maintenance expenses and any other facilities b. Monthly payment expenses and schedule payments plan 2. Report and register expenses to concerned stakeholders 3.
