April 2015) is India's FIRST cross party advocacy group, which endeavors to support the election of visionary, progressive and inclusive leaders to public offices. With our members previously organized under the banner of Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG) (est. 2013), we have been operating in the socio-political domain for the last five years and have been lauded as the - Powerhouse that changed [election] campaigning in India forever-. Set up with the ambitious goal of re-inventing the socio-political space, I-PAC provides a platform for young professionals to meaningfully associate with electoral politics and contribute to policy making and governance by setting the agenda for incoming governments.   Who are we looking for :   - We are looking for dynamic individuals with 2-7 years of experience and preferably from a Tier 1 educational background who will be a part of IPAC Media Team. We are seeking Media experts, who enjoy the mediated world of politics and are willing to establish a strong media network, design strategic media plans and develop media feedback structures for our political campaigns   - You need to be confident yet humble, think on your feet, and have a nose for news. You should be open to working long hours during the campaign and travel regularly.   - While I-PAC values and takes into consideration the applicant's expertise and experience in specific areas, it's looking for individuals who are adaptable to taking up new roles and challenges.   What does IPAC do :   I-PAC helps ensure victories for visionary leaders by managing their election campaigns. This end-to-end process involves designing and managing innovative mass-outreach exercises. After successfully executing the campaigns of PM NarendraModi (2014), Mr.Nitish Kumar (Bihar, 2015), Mr. John Magufuli (Tanzania, 2015), and Capt. Amarinder Singh (Punjab, 2017), we now wish to provide a platform for young professionals from Tamil Nadu to meaningfully associate with the electoral politics of their state and the Country.   Compensation :   We are probably not the top paymasters in the market, but if you are good we will surely try meeting your expectations. Arrangements for travel and stay during field deployment are provided by the company itself.
