About the Job : I-PAC is looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional to lead the HR operations. The professional will be responsible to manage the organizational personnel by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The professional shall also be responsible to coordinate with various team across locations to ensure smooth business continuity. Job Responsibilities : - Build and oversee all aspects of People function in a fast paced, dynamic environment - Partner with leadership to effectively architect, scale, and develop the rapidly growing and changing organization - Draft and implement organizational strategies and policies aligned with need of employees and the organization. - Work closely with internal recruiters to identify and attract outstanding candidates - Help manage the process of recruiting, evaluating, formulating offers, closing and hiring candidates across teams - Design, implement and manage performance-based evaluation tools and strategies for employee appreciation and retention - Refine HR systems (such as HR Management system and Applicant tracking system) and enhance them - Stay current on industry trends and practices to provide thought leadership and guidance on recruiting, compensation, organizational structure, employee relations, training and development, performance evaluation, retention and HR policies - Implement programs to nurture learning and leadership among all the employees Minimum Qualifications : - 6 to 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources - Must have handled HR operations for minimum 500 employees - Must be an MBA graduate from a top-tier institute - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision-making - Proven business acumen, project management, communication, presentation, and conflict management skills - In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR-related policies Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in working with early or mid-stage start-ups Location : Hyderabad (Shall be open to travel as per business requirement). atb1
