(a) Overall understanding and knowledge of election laws for liaisoning with the officers of the Election Commission at the state level; (b) Exemplary communication skills and presentable personality to represent the Company (where required) in front of the Election Commission at the state level. (c) Skilled at drafting applications, permits and licenses to assist the campaign team of the Company during the elections and day to day affairs; (d) Undertake legal tasks and matters at regional level assigned by the director, state leads and head legal from time to time; (e) Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English; (f) Prior work experience with any political consultancy firm, political party office, election campaigns etc would be given first preference; Education and Professional Qualification: (a) Graduation: LLB (any stream) from a reputed National Law School or Law College / University / UGC Certified Institution of India; (b) 2-4 years of work experience with a law firm, in-house or independent counsel;
