In I-PAC, the Data Analytics team works on electoral data analysis, survey analysis, behavioral analysis, and sentiment analysis for campaign resource allocation and utilization. Job Responsibilities : - Deriving insights from electoral and demographic data using statistical techniques and business intellect - Managing ad hoc analysis and presenting results to various stakeholders - Working alongside teams to drive and establish business needs - Uncover new trends, variables, and frameworks to gain insights beyond obvious - Understand existing data processes and suggest improvements to various data pipelines - Own assigned tasks and ensure best results from deliverables within tight deadlines Minimum Qualifications : - Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering or equivalent analytical discipline from top tier institute - 2-5 years of work experience in data analytics or related - Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis tools - Strong knowledge of the sampling, selection biases, normalization techniques, and distributions - Analytical mindset and inclination for problem-solving - Good communication and presentation skills to convey data to non-experts Preferred Qualifications : - Proficiency in R/Python for performing data analysis - Proficiency in one visualization tool/packages - Tableau, ggplot, matplotlib, etc. - Competency in advanced Microsoft Excel and VBA (macro) for automation and reporting - Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and implementation using R/ Python Location: Hyderabad Note: For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the redirected career page of the company as well.
