Indian Political Action Committee - Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the Job :

I-PAC is looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional to join our team. This professional will be responsible for end-to-end management of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll management, Rewards and Recognition.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design a compensation structure based on organizational goals and strategy

- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture

- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks

- Create and streamline the total rewards policies and programs to drive business excellence and growth

- Driving the annual compensation plan including budget planning, annual expenditure budgeting and salary planning as per competitive standards

- Harmonization and streamlining of existing benefits & policies after employee impact analysis, cost simulations and market benchmarking leading to a high quality of employee satisfaction

- Working closely with the Payroll function including implementing best practices for compliance, employee grievances and other HR related developments

- Apply effective communication strategies in regards to keeping the employees informed about the compensation and rewards structure and changes

- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys revolving around compensation and benefits

- Addressing employee grievances with 100% resolution related to compensation & benefits

- Interacting with the state HRs for monthly HR related MIS

- Aligning with required stakeholders for best Human Resource practices

- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports

- Support other internal teams in regards to compliance of compensation and benefits

Minimum Qualifications :

- Must have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in HR in compensation & benefits

- Should be well versed with compensation and Benefit Management, labour laws, strategic HR Partnering, Cost benefit analysis

- Must be an MBA graduate from a top-tier institute

- Prior experience of working in Payroll, rewards and recognition, statutory compliance, budgeting, HRMS

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision-making

- Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications :

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Capable of working virtually with people of varied technical backgrounds and cultures

- Organized and reliable : able to work independently

- High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process

Location : Hyderabad (Shall be open to travel as per business requirement)
