Job Role: The Central Campaign team-members manage statewide campaigns and ensure each campaign achieves the desired outcome. The team consists of individuals from backgrounds such as strategy consulting, operations, communications among others. Strategy : - Campaign Strategy - Design innovative campaign strategies, bringing together crucial pieces of information from various internal and external sources to develop strategic outputs - Monitoring and Evaluation - Develop the overall framework for monitoring with relevant data collection systems. Create detailed plans for capacity-building and design review processes and impact assessment models II. Content Creation : - Communication and Outreach - Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to develop campaign outreach material for specific audiences III. Operations: - Operate at scale - Create campaign plans for pan-State outreach leveraging insights through technology, logistics,and digital media - Implementation - Coordinate with various teams and ensure each team is on task with respect to campaign outcomes - Vendor Management - Source and manage vendors for innovative campaigns - Grass-root Connect - Travel and work across Tamil Nadu as and when required IV. Data Analytics : - Data Analysis - Handle large sets of data with reasonable proficiency and solve complex unstructured problems to arrive at actionable solutions - Report Generation - Ability to work collaboratively across teams to gather data and present it cohesively to senior management. Strong presentation skills are also required V. Others: - Stakeholder liaising - Facilitate liaising with various stakeholders including Party Leadership, Party Candidates, and Party Workers - Multi-tasking - Work on multiple projects simultaneously with a short turnaround time Minimum Qualifications : - Strong academic record with graduation/post-graduation from a top-tier institution - Individuals with proven experience and minimum 2-3 years of work experience in strategy consulting, handling large scale operations or communications team in large enterprises - Proficient in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of analyses reports and presentations - Should have excellent written, verbal communication skills - Language proficiency to read and write Tamil is mandatory Preferred Qualifications : - Must possess good analytical skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable insights, strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders - Individuals with strong interpersonal skills and able to thrive in a collaborative environment Full-time opportunity with immediate joining at Chennai.
