Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is seeking professionals who can play a pivotal role in the finance function to support its multiple projects across locations. After making a mark in an extensive Lok Sabha election campaign and assembly election campaigns across Bihar in 2015, Punjab &amp; Uttar Pradesh in 2017 and Andhra Pradesh in 2019, I-PAC is now gearing up for the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal, Bihar &amp; Tamil Nadu. Your responsibilities will include: - Conduct regular ledger maintenance - Perform general day-to-day accounting activities and ad-hoc analysis - Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable - Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures - Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Liaise with the Finance Manager to report and improve procedures - Proven experience as a accounting supervisor or senior accountant What are we looking for?
