Position Description : The Role/Position is expected to grow business growth by driving a team of individuals who take up roles and responsibilities to generate revenue from existing organization. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new business on the table as well along with developing long lasting relationships with the new found businesses. Customers as well as new acquisition.The Candidate will be responsible for account management. Job Summary : 1. Lead a team of enthusiastic and passionate 4/5 sales guys and own a territory with a target of around 1 Cr per month 2. Understand the client's business, industry, competitiveness in the market, and business issues. 3. Meet with clients and potential prospects on regular basis for key account management and cultivating relations of CXO's level. 4. Be Accountable for direct sales targets, as well as consistent pipeline growth and progression 5. Ensure that right inputs are tracked, negotiation and closure funnel increases for every team member. Knowledge &amp; Skills: 1. Prior knowledge of selling digital based solutions (i.e mobile based or desktop based) would be good. 2. Hands on experience in handling CXO's in corporate sales/media sales are essential 3. Build Rapport with CXO's via consultative sales approach 4. Exceptional presentation skills, written &amp; verbal communication skills. 5. Strong listening, questioning and networking skills. 6. Report Management Skills, capability of handling a team of highly skilled professionals. 7. Analytical people and team Management. Experience : - 5-9 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing experience. - Experience of managing large client's direct sales/servicing teams is desirable Qualifications : - B.Tech + MBA or equivalent from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred.
