Position- Regional Manager - Client Servicing Reporting to- Zonal Manager - Client Servicing Job Summary : Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure retention of clients. Job Profile : - Servicing the existing clients - Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members - Per client revenue optimization - Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts - Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures - Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables - Ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Train, monitor & motivate a team of around 25-30 Sales Professionals and Account Managers with 2-3 Business Manager. Qualification : - Graduation and Equivalent - MBA Preferred Knowledge And Experience: - Experience of Sales/Servicing/Retention preferably in BFSI/Telecom/Ecommerce/Service industry - Minimum experience of 5+ year in managing a team of more than 20-25 Executives with 3 layers of Reporting Required Skills : - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership - Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability - Must have team handling experience of more than 3 years Personal Attributes : - Team Management - Reports Management - Data Interpretation - Interpersonal ability
