Sr. Manager - HR - The position holder will be responsible for a Regional Head HR for Region to oversee the recruiting, Admin and training of our division's employees. - Regional Head HR responsibilities include supervising local Admin, HR teams, and implementing company policies. - To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local labor regulations and experience with Human Resources Management. Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand. - You will be handling HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Local Admin - Provide all HR administrative support to new joinees as well as existing employees at the regions - Create an environment of trust and to satisfactorily & speedily resolve any issues in the region - Handle HR Operations for region - Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interview - Manage and monitor the attendance recording system - End to end recruitment including bulk hiring - Manpower planning in coordination with the operations team - Coordinate with the manpower vendors for the recruitment - Explore different avenues of sourcing manpower for associates - Implementing performance management system based on existing policies - Succession planning
