IndiaMart - Program Manager

What the Role involves :

- Overall increasing business productivity by providing data driven insights and ensuring execution on the same to increase sales of IM packages.

- Working to improve distribution footprint of IM in MMR region.

- Analyze business trends and provide insights for improvement in business delivery.

- Detailed data analysis with use of statistical tools.

- Will be responsible for P&L, Product, People, Health Check.

- Will be responsible for taking new initiative.

- Create and measure input parameters and KRA's for driving day to day business.

- Create SOP for standardization of daily business routines.

- Solve for business problems under the constraint of budget, manpower and other resources to improve efficiency and delivery

- Create BRD and PRD for tech Enablement

- Will be responsible for building product roadmaps and product strategies.

- Interface with various functions to implement key steps.
