Job Description :&nbsp;Product/Process Manager Key responsibilities: - Review entire seller lifecycle on Indiamart and identify areas where process improvements and automations can be done. - Implementation of process improvement initiatives across the onboarding journey through multiple cross-functional projects, directly drive department P&amp;L through the initiatives. - Drive customer satisfaction and deep engagement on Indiamart platform. - Creation of SOPs for all processes and developing insights and initiatives from them. - Understand state-of-art technology solutions, and implement them internally or through service providers. - Present actionable insights and solutions to top management. Requirements: Education and experience - either of the following : - 1-3 years of work experience and passed out of premium institutes like IIMs/ FMS/ XLRI/ SP Jain/ NITIE. - 4+ years of industry experience in driving process control or process improvement projects. - Knowledge of software tools - proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of SQL. - Strong logical reasoning, program management skills, communication skills. - Good data analysis skills and understanding of technology. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. - Work experience in e-commerce or business operations will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
