IndiaMart - Lead - Communications (1-2 yrs)
- Experience and analyze the seller journey for each IndiaMART product & platform.
- Audit & optimize the communication to sellers registering on IndiaMART platforms.
- Closely work with the different product teams to fine-tune & enhance seller on-boarding process & flag any issues.
- Create sharp, clear, and engaging communication creatives to improve the overall on-boarding experience of the sellers.
- Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues and risks that may impact the seller's interaction with IndiaMART products & platforms.
- Will be required to work in a highly dynamic work environment which requires strong skills in terms of cross- functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner.
