Job Description :
- Development of social media as both employer brand strategy and candidate generation tool by partnering with social media experts on the business side to drive engagement strategies and metrics.
- Work closely with Marketing and IT teams for integrating social media channels and designing & delivering efficient employer branding concepts, activities & social media content.
- Managing regular internal/employee communication with territories to achieve process & results improvements,
- Implementing innovative PR & marketing solutions and trends.
- Formulating and executing great place to work survey to manage a consistent and cohesive brand image for a better working environment.
