Work with Indiamart to execute the company agenda's and SOP's:
- On-boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition, and Compensation
- End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies
HR Operations
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role
- Deep knowledge of HR functions
- Ability to use metrics and analytics
- Good communication skills
Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th
