Job Description:

1. Develop and execute communications plan for on-going marketing activities through different content formats influencer marketing and different formats of video content marketing

2. Develop and maintain platform-specific content strategy for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

3. Drive reach, engagement and other social media metrics regularly

4. Strategize and execute various marketing communication activities like email marketing, routine social media management, content marketing, etc.

5. Drive effective internal communication along with relevant stakeholders (human resources, employee engagement teams)

6. Strategize, execute, evaluate and optimize lead generation campaigns

7. Manage and execute effective email marketing campaigns for driving critical business KPIs.

8. Work closely across teams to simplify and unify communication across channels

9. Handle creatives agencies and media partnership agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. 2-5 years of marketing communications background

2. Understanding of marketing channels like video marketing, social media, email campaigns

3. Experience of paid marketing campaigns preferred

4. Up to date with latest trends and best practices in marketing

5. Ability to work together with cross functional teams in a highly dynamic work environment

6. Data analytics

7. Deep understanding of mobile user experience in Indian markets
