IndiaMart - Assistant Manager - Company Secretary (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Compliance under the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, SEBI Act, Listing Regulations etc
- Fund raising exercise like NCDs etc.
- Preparation of Notice, Agenda and Minutes for Board Meetings, various Committee meetings and General Meetings
- Preparation & ensuring timely filing of papers & forms to be filed with Registrar of Companies
- Liasoning with regulatory authorities, vendors/service provider etc
- Analysis of various amendments/circulars and its implication on the Company Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Listing Regulations
-Subsidiary handling experience
