Position Description: - The position holder is expected to drive business growth by individually taking up roles and responsibilities that generate revenue as well as expand growth opportunities within the company. - We are looking to employ a persuasive Advertising Sales Representative to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services Job Summary: - identifying clients' needs, researching competitors' advertising services, products, and prices, and responding to potential clients- inquiries. - Building and Maintaining relationships with the CXO level individuals and key decision makers of the larger corporate entities - Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of most of their target customers. - Setting up meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns. - Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans. - Preparing sample advertisements for clients. - Persuading clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising. Knowledge: - Prior knowledge of selling digital based solutions (i.e., mobile based or desktop based) is essential. - Hands on experience in corporate sales/media sales are preferred. Skills: - Exceptional written, verbal communication skills. - Excellent presentation skills - Strong listening, questioning and networking skills. Report Management Skill Attitude &amp; Behavior: - Ability to work with big/emerging and established brands - Goal oriented relentless hunter - Passionate for selling - Ability to wear multiple hats- sales/service/retention Experience: - Experience in Advertisement sales is preferred
