1. Manage operations hiring drives end-to-end. 2. Single point of contact for all Operations recruitment partners and vendors 3. Coordinate with external recruitment partners for all agent level hiring to ensure timely closure of positions 4. Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates 5. Conduct screening interviews of all candidates 5. Build an influential candidate relationship during the selection process. 6. Plan, execute and own end to end candidate experience, and pre-onboarding engagement.
