About the role:

indiagold is looking for an exceptional Senior Associate / Manager to join our growing Strategy & Insights team. You will help guide and execute the strategy of the company on the basis of data driven insights. The ideal candidate should have extreme analytical ability, structured approach towards problem solving and ideally - past experience in consulting along with a similar role in a fast-growing organisation.

Your responsibilities:

- You are going to help develop business strategies and roadmaps centered around operations efficiency and improving bottom line

- You are going to drive superb execution against the plan, anticipating stakeholder requirements, risks, and the most important, business impact

- You are going to partner with indiagold's internal stakeholders such as co-founders, product team to execute the internal projects

- Furthermore, you will be responsible to drive critical business metrics like Customer LTV, improving CAC and improving unit economics

Your profile:

- You have exposure to strategy development and implementation, process improvement, performance measurement, digital transformation projects

- Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- You are extremely entrepreneurial - You can build solid assumptions and hypotheses with very limited input, using your guts and your experience - You make things happen on your own, amongst ambiguity

- Ownership mentality and a bit of technical background (Write basic SQL queries)

- Strong communication skills and a balanced personality. You feel comfortable talking to different stakeholders from different departments inside and outside the company

- Passion for problem solving, you love exploring business problems and getting hands on with execution.

- You constantly question various business decisions in your favourite startup and problem solving is something you don't just do on paper but execute too!

Here's a non-exhaustive list of some of the projects we have executed in the past 1 year: Improved efficiency for inside sales; Improved on ground field staff and central ops efficiency leading to reduction in OpEx; Increasing business visibility to internal stakeholders via dashboards; Automating investor MIS; Leading DD for fundraising; SOP and KPI development; Org Structure development and roll out; Incentive Policy development and roll out and many more problems have been solved by the team
