The product team at indiagold is looking for talented Product Managers (PM) to own digital lending products (and projects) from conception to delivery while bridging the technical and business worlds. The PM will be directly responsible for building the backend Loan Management Systems as well as the front-end mobile app that our customers love. indiagold is a venture funded company, where you get access to wealth creation with ESOPs and join the rocket ship at the ground level. So far, our backers include the likes of institutional VC funds such as Leo Capital, Blume Ventures as well as respected angels such as Kunal Shah (CEO, CRED), Amrish Rau (CEO, Pine Labs), Miten Sampat (CRED), Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal (founders, Snapdeal) among others. We- re looking for someone who can: - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products - Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm - Has 3-7 years- experience in Product Management domain or the banking industry - Has the ability to present technical concepts in a business-friendly fashion - Has a keen aptitude for sharp feedback and structured communication You get bonus points if: - You've worked in Fin-tech companies as an engineer or PM before - You have experience with managing and deploying tools with multiple versions/privileges. - You've built side projects from scratch or started a company before - You run data science experiments or built dashboards using tools like Python, R, Tableau, SQL We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives.
