indiagold is looking for an experienced marketer to set up and own all marketing efforts from conception to delivery while bridging the gap between the product and the consumers. The individual will be responsible for driving P&L using various marketing and lead generation campaigns and work directly with the business and product verticals to grow the business in India. indiagold is a venture funded company, where you get access to wealth creation with ESOPs and join the rocket ship at the ground level. So far, our backers include the likes of institutional VC funds such as Leo Capital, Blume Ventures as well as respected angels such as Kunal Shah (CEO, CRED), Amrish Rau (CEO, Pine Labs), Miten Sampat (CRED), Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal (founders, Snapdeal) among others. We are looking for someone who can: - Ideate, deploy, track all digital marketing campaigns; segment customer base on various transactional/ behavioural features & design effective outreach programs - Plan and monitor all content-related activities across different channels and drive SEO & ASO - Drive and achieve net GMV (marketing contribution) and lead generation for various indiagold products - Collaborate with sales, service, professional education team and enabling functions to deliver strategic plan and annual business commitments - Work with the business and product teams for short-term and long-term business objectives and suggest new features / product innovations basis understanding of consumer behaviour You get bonus points if: - You have 5+ years experience in leading marketing functions preferably in the financial services space - You have managed budgets, strategised and executed cross country campaigns
