Basically, we offer a Gold-Loan-As-A-Service platform that allows Banks/NBFCs to enjoy the good stuff of gold loans without the bad stuff. Our founders are consumer internet veterans Nitin Misra &amp; Deepak Abbot. Since mobile internet started in India, they have been working on mobile consumer products &amp; distribution. For this, we need a solution that eliminates/reduces the traditional constraints in gold loans such as operations cost (vaults, branches), removes valuation &amp; custody risks &amp; also converts customers who have never considered gold loans before (but own gold) for all the NBFCs &amp; Banks. We need a solution that succeeds where GMS (gold monetization scheme) &amp; Gold Loans have failed. To build that infrastructure for India in the form of a Gold Backed Open Credit Enablement Network (GOCEN) &amp; to combine this innovation with other product &amp; process-based innovations in gold loans, is our ultimate vision &amp; also our ultimate product.
