Role : Sr. Project Manager-Enterprise application 


- We are looking at candidates with experience in mobile application and portal implementation. 

Role Description :

1. Will have day-to-day leadership responsibilities to analyse requirements, designs, plans, schedule and implementation of IT ERP projects. In addition to overseeing a large ERP implementation projects, assisting to manage internal resources as well as vendor implementation teams.

2. Complete ownership and responsibility for acquisition, performance and retention of Technology, Products, IT Development team.

3. Address all Technology and IT needs of the organization (internal, vendor related as well as customer end)

4. Drive all Tech & IT projects for the company (CRM, Finnone, HRIS, eHome, dedupe, Internet applications, mobile application different peripheral systems, functional Legacy Systems as well as their integrations)

5. Responsible for ensuring that the solution that is implemented satisfies the business requirements and delivers the value required by the business. Monitors the Scope of Work, Project plan, schedule, and budget and is responsible for ensuring that deliverables and milestones are met and that the IT ERP projects are completed on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction. He will play a key role throughout the project life cycle.

6. Risk assessment and timely mitigation with respect to Technology & IT systems of the company

The broad responsibilities of a would include but not limited to :

1. This role is responsible for overseeing that all IT ERP Projects Management Methodology, Administration and Governance processes are followed for the projects.

2. Responsibility includes oversight and reporting for the areas like communication, Risk and Change Management and to ensure that client satisfaction targets are achieved.

3. Oversee the internal delivery team, drive desired professional behaviours and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the conditions to perform successfully.

4. Understand requirements for new projects and guide the IT team on project planning and project management.

5. Responsible to monitor design and implementation in relation to Statement of Work, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources

6. Advice corporate leadership about the need for timely investments in IT, identifying costs and business savings

7. Own and deliver IT initiatives and services to all business units and departments

8. Ensure IT projects are function smoothly and efficiently for all employees and customers

9. Set up policies and structures for managing the underlying IT Applications. Plan and Execute for the Short/Medium and Long Range horizons

10. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

Desired Profile:

1. A graduate from top engineering college, with high level experience in managing IT.

2. 15+ years of experience in IT including at least 8+ years in ERP Implementation and project management on fairly large ERPs like SAP, CRM, FinnOne, HRIS, Internet applications, mobile application different peripheral systems, functional Legacy Systems as well as their integrations.

3. Should have hands on implementation experience that includes deep ERP customizations, solution integration, Interface integration and ERP Support.

4. Must have experience with advanced project management tools and processes and the ability to manage critical situations. Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management

5. Have proven Knowledge of standard workflows, out of box feature of MS Dynamics CRM, Plug-in development, CRM form programming (scripting), C#, .NET, JavaScript, ESB Developments, Custom workflow assembly development, BI Development, Data Modelling, ETL and Web API Developments

6. Must have led big sized team (20-50 team size) which are involved IT Business support and involved in full-software development life cycle. Manages team of developers responsible for mobile applications development and design. Evaluates current technologies and deliver applications meeting the latest standards

7. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills

8. Schedules projects and resources, and monitors project timelines. Sets and implements policies and procedures related to application quality standards and testing

9. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
