Description :
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plan across different therapeutic areas nationally as per company's strategic objectives.
- Work with CEO to develop product market strategy and execution plan including business development activities
Requirements and Experience :
- Business leader with strategic and operating experience in managing chronic and acute portfolio across therapeutic areas for leading domestic or multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and building portfolios for start-up divisions and also growing mature brands in chronic and acute portfolios. Proven track record in developing a quick understanding of business and turning around mature brands into high growth brands.
- Strong track record of developing leaders and handling large cross functional teams, demonstrated success in building, training and incentivizing a national sales and marketing field force across therapeutic areas
- Deep relationships with key opinion leader doctors (KOLs) across therapeutic areas
- Successfully driven end-to-end P&L for Business Units
- Successfully identified and executed on business development activities
- Candidate with experience into Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Dermatology can only apply.
