Responsibilities :
- Regular tracking of customer perception towards brand and products
- Engage with external research agencies to undertake various research projects
- Provide timely and regular inputs to business and marketing with research studies and customer responses
- Identify the Gap areas through research to build better brand, products and processes
- Closely track brand and product perception/acceptance against competition
