Job Title : Manager / Sr. Manager Marketing & Communications

Reporting To : Head (Marketing & Communication)

Job Description: 

Responsibilities :

- Primarily Develop and execute ATL and BTL campaigns as per promotional calendar

- Develop, build and sustain a brand image for the business

- Adopt control standards (setting up standardized procedures to be followed for designing various creative) and implement process for smooth running of workflow between the agency and business.

- Working in conjunction with the agency to optimize the quality of communication

- Help execute impact-full marketing campaigns - come up with innovative and cost effective means to communicate (explore different media/execution styles etc)

- Track competitor activity / trends & provide feedback

- Liaise with product and sales teams for inputs on campaigns
