IBREL projects include High-end Offices and Commercial Spaces, Premium Residential Developments, Integrated Townships, Luxury Resorts and Special Economic Zones.

With Below key deliverables :

- Work on litigation / non litigation matters concerning the Group

- Apply structured problem solving skills in either roles (litigation team / Non litigation team) to create value for the organization.

- Due diligence of lands and structuring of acquisitions

- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the investments, including structuring of and negotiating investor rights, exit options etc.

- Lead strategic initiatives to streamline operations across legal

- Vetting of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to litigation.

- Identify potential improvement areas for the functions; plan and lead effort to implement solutions

- Get simultaneously involved in litigation / non litigation package teams based on requirement - Property title due diligence, knowledge about the applicable laws viz. Companies Act, RBI/NHB, etc
