Strong foundation of process, technology, change and program management solutions for regulatory compliance, product/service launches and enhancements, strategic initiatives and system upgrades. KRA : 1. Delivering system and process solutions and training for Strategic Initiatives. 2. Conceptualisation and operationalisation of Collection Strategies. 3. Expense budgeting and tracking of actuals. Restructuring of collections processes to minimise the cost of collections and maximise output. 4. Implementation of new processes, strengthening of existing critical processes, monitoring process adherence and internal audits across India. 5. Effectively handling of backend collection processes to strengthen controls. 6. Manpower analysis and control. Monthly manpower audit and evaluating non-performers for corrective action. 7. Audit for incentives and other performance related variable pay/contest. 8. Collections Receipts / Delay in deposit analysis and tracking. 9. Productivity per collection FTE vis a vis money collected. 10. Analysis of existing collections strategy and improvisation. 11. Candidate with background of 6 Sigma/Operation excellence in Process improvement
