Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for directing and controlling the research agency for overall execution of the research project hence ensuring it meets the established targets for scope, quality, schedule, and cost

- Ensuring regular method of evaluating the brand heath on certain chosen parameters and suggesting way forward along with the agency

- Responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business objective

- Monitor the established Key Performance Indicators to determine brand health

- Develop corrective action plans to manage risks and drive stakeholder agreement on the same
