- Reporting directly to Director - Supply Chain, APAC, - Bachelor's Degree in a business, supply chain, science, engineering or related field - 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics - 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing Supply Chain - Experience of successfully leading change across a matrix, managing and successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships - Proven capabilities in not only operating a supply chain, but strategically redesigning and implementing a supply chain to support rapid growth - Experience in Supply Chain department and been independently responsible for successful Key performance indicator performance. - Cross-functional understanding in Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Operations & contract Manufacturing. - Good communication skills with effectiveness in managing communication at all levels of the organization Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Broad understanding of supply chain principles, practices and processes
